Riyadh, Safar 04, 1448 AH corresponding to July 18, 2026, SPA — The competitions of the Kingdom's Paralympic Clubs Championship for men and women concluded at the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium Hall in Riyadh, with notable participation from the Kingdom's clubs and technical levels reflecting the continuous development of Paralympic weightlifting. The championship witnessed strong competition among lifters in various weight categories. In men's events, Al-Madinah club lifter Talal Al-Balawi won the gold medal in the 49 kg category, Jeddah club lifter Adnan Nor Saeed won gold in the 54 kg category, and Al-Madinah club lifter Anas Al-Hazmi won gold in the 59 kg category. In other weight categories, Al-Jouf club lifter Mishari Al-Dubaini won gold in the 65 kg category, Jazan club lifter Obada Hawsawi won gold in the 72 kg category, Jazan club lifter Tariq Balghith won gold in the 80 kg category, Jazan club lifter Aseel Hawsawi won gold in the 88 kg category, and Jazan club lifter Yahya Bawab won gold in the 97 kg category.
