Turkish archer Mete Gazoz won the gold medal on Sunday in the fourth stage of the Archery World Cup, held in the Spanish capital Madrid.
The Turkish Archery Federation said in a statement that Gazoz faced Italy's Mauro Nespoli in the men's recurve final.
The statement noted that Gazoz won the match 6-0, becoming the champion of the Spanish stage of the World Cup.
