(CNN)-- Spain defeated France 2-0 in a match hosted at the Dallas Stadium on Tuesday, in the semifinal of the 2026 World Cup.

Pedro Porro and Mikel Oyarzabal scored the goals for Spain in the 22nd and 58th minutes.

Spain advanced to the final of the tournament being held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, while France were eliminated.

This is the second time Spain has reached the final in its World Cup history.

Spain will face either England or Argentina in the final on July 19.
