Brazilian winger Malcom continued his brilliance in the friendly matches that Al-Hilal is playing before the start of the new 2026-2027 football season, leading them to a new victory at the expense of the African champion.

Al-Hilal defeated South Africa's Mamelodi Sundowns 2-0 in the friendly match that brought them together on Friday, during Al-Zaeem's external camp in Austria, in preparation for the new season.

The match witnessed Malcom's brilliance, as he scored Al-Hilal's two goals, starting from the first half after a solo run towards goal, following a distinctive pass from Serbian midfielder Sergej Milinković-Savić.

The same Brazilian winger added the second goal in the second half, after converting a cross from new arrival Sabri Dehl directly into the net.

Thus, Malcom has scored 3 goals in Al-Hilal's two friendly matches in their external camp in Austria, having scored a goal in the 2-1 victory over Austria's Sturm Graz.

Italian Simone Inzaghi, Al-Hilal's head coach, made sure to give opportunities to many players, including the new signings, foremost among them international goalkeeper Mohammed Al-Owais who participated for the first time in the second half.

It is worth noting that Al-Zaeem will play two new friendly matches in its external camp in Austria, against MC Alger on July 29, and against Qatari Al-Ahli on August 3.
