Real Madrid's first friendly match under Portuguese coach José Mourinho on Friday featured a moment that sparked widespread interaction on social media.

During the match against Alcorcón, young Argentine Franco Mastantuono appeared in a play where he clearly failed to control a seemingly easy ball, causing the video clip to quickly spread among football fans.

Despite this strange moment, Spanish newspaper AS said that Mastantuono was among Real Madrid's standout players in the match, which ended with a 1-0 victory for Los Blancos.

The match was part of Los Blancos' preparations for the new season, with José Mourinho seeking to give opportunities to a number of young players from the La Fábrica academy, pending the return of key players after summer holidays.

Mourinho had replaced his former player, Álvaro Arbeloa, who failed to win any title with Los Blancos last season.
