Inter Star's Agent on Al-Hilal Interest: I Would Think That Way If I Were in His Place
Alessandro Bastoni's agent says the defender is not considering leaving Inter despite Al-Hilal interest, but negotiations could open if a suitable offer comes.
Saudi club Al-Hilal continues its efforts to strengthen its ranks with the best possible elements during the current summer transfer window, to compensate for its lackluster past season. Amidst this, controversy has returned over one of the prominent files that the leader hopes to close successfully before the start of the new season.
Tulio Tinti, agent of Italian defender Alessandro Bastoni, revealed the player's stance on leaving Inter Milan, amid reports of Al-Hilal's interest in his services, with the presence of former Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi.
Tinti said in statements to Sky Sport Italia: 'Usually, I and the players I represent respect contracts. He has two years left on his contract, he is a big Inter fan and loves this club, and today he is not thinking about joining any other team.'
He added: 'If a club appears that satisfies Inter and the player, we can talk. All these talks are still not enough for real negotiations.'

In response to a question about the possibility of Bastoni leaving Italy after a difficult year on and off the pitch, Tinti said with a smile: 'I don't think so, and perhaps I would think that way if I were in his place.'
He continued: 'This young man has a great sense of responsibility and loves the Inter Milan shirt.'
Bastoni's name had previously been linked with moves to Barcelona and Real Madrid, but Italian reports confirmed that Inter does not intend to part with its international defender for less than 70 million euros.
Bastoni is 27 years old and has played 298 matches for Inter in various competitions, winning three Serie A titles, three Coppa Italia titles, and three Italian Super Cup titles.
