Inzaghi Imposes Morning Training Sessions on Al-Hilal Players
Italian Simone Inzaghi, Al-Hilal's head coach, has decided to intensify preparations for the new sports season by adopting morning training sessions as part of the preparatory program ahead of the team's departure to the external training camp in Austria.
Inzaghi's decision comes as part of his efforts to bring players to the highest levels of physical and technical readiness before the camp begins, as the technical staff focuses on raising fitness levels along with implementing several tactical aspects that the team will base its preparations on for the upcoming season.
Al-Hilal is scheduled to leave for Austria on July 15th to hold its external camp, which extends until August 3rd, and includes an intensive training program along with playing several friendly matches against European teams, in order to assess the readiness of key players and new arrivals, and to prepare the team to compete in all local and continental championships in the new season.
Al-Hilal had opened its preparatory program by conducting medical examinations for players before resuming training in Riyadh, with the current phase representing an important stop before entering the Austria camp, which constitutes the main pillar of the team's preparation under Inzaghi's leadership in his first season with "Al-Zaeem".
