Al-Hilal first team has started implementing the first phase of its preparatory program for the new sports season, as the first group of players underwent medical examinations as part of an integrated plan aimed at assessing the readiness of all individuals from both health and physical aspects before the official preparation period begins.

Al-Hilal resumed training on Saturday at the club's stadium in the capital Riyadh, where the players carried out a training program that included technical and physical aspects under the supervision of the technical staff, in order to improve fitness levels and gradually regain readiness before traveling to the external camp.

Austria camp... intensive preparation until August

The Al-Hilal delegation is scheduled to leave for Austria on July 15 to hold the external camp, which continues until August 3. It includes an intensive training program, along with a number of friendly matches aimed at enhancing harmony among players, raising technical and physical readiness, and evaluating the levels of all individuals before the start of the new season competitions.
