Al-Qadsiah Club Company announced that its board of directors approved the resignation of its chairman, Mr. Badr bin Suleiman Al-Ruzayza, after he submitted a request to that effect.

Badr Al-Ruzayza had chaired the club during a period in which it received great support from Saudi Aramco, contributing to the club's development.

Commenting on this, Mr. Badr Al-Ruzayza said: 'Working at Al-Qadsiah Company was an honor for me. As I leave my position, I would like to express my gratitude to Saudi Aramco for its continuous support and belief in our vision, which had an effective impact on the development of work at the club. I also extend my sincere thanks to my esteemed colleagues on the board of directors for their dedication, as well as to all our distinguished players and employees who work diligently for the club to achieve success.'

Al-Ruzayza added: 'Most importantly, I would also like to thank the fans of Al-Qadsiah, who represent the beating heart of this club. Their passion, loyalty, and continuous support have been my greatest motivation.'

The board of directors expressed its thanks and appreciation to Al-Ruzayza for his contributions and efforts during his presidency, affirming that they strengthened the club's journey and development, and wishing him success in his future endeavors.

The board assigned Mr. Rami bin Khaled Al-Turki as chairman of the board of directors effective immediately, wishing him success in leading the next phase and achieving strategic goals.

For his part, Mr. Al-Turki said: 'I am pleased to have the confidence to assume the position of chairman of the board in this phase of the club's journey, in which we work to achieve our strategic goals in all areas. Our team is fully committed, both on and off the field, to achieving sporting achievements and nurturing exceptional talents. We do not focus only on football, but on all activities that we work to provide with care and development, including women's sports and community activities. We are also committed to deepening our relationships with various segments of society and enhancing the experiences of all club fans.'
