The Saudi national men's volleyball team delegation arrived in the Omani capital, Muscat, as the first team to reach the Sultanate of Oman, preparing to compete in the second West Asia Men's Volleyball Championship, hosted by the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Bausher.

Upon arrival, the delegation was received by several officials from the Oman Volleyball Association and the tournament's organizing committee, who welcomed the Saudi team and wished them a pleasant stay and success in the championship.

The Green squad that arrived in Muscat includes a final list of 14 players selected by Spanish head coach Fernando Munoz. The draw placed Saudi Arabia in the strong Group B, alongside hosts Oman, Iraq, and Lebanon.

The tournament follows a single round-robin format, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the semifinals. The Green team will face Iraq (July 15), then Oman (July 16), and conclude the group stage against Lebanon, aiming to compete for the top spots.
