Media outlets shared a video clip showing team manager Ibrahim Hassan intervening in a confrontation inside the accommodation, before security forces stepped in to contain the situation.
According to circulating details, the incident began when a child tried to take a photo with Egypt player Mahmoud Trezeguet, but a security guard handled him aggressively, prompting Ibrahim Hassan to intervene and object to the way the situation was handled.
Eyewitnesses confirmed that the matter did not escalate further, and the atmosphere inside the hotel was quickly calmed.

Ibrahim Hassan said in a statement reported by several media outlets: 'The security guard took the child's phone and threw it from his hand, and this is unacceptable behavior.'
