Video: Pedro Porro brings Spain closer to the final and returns France to the 1986 nightmare
Pedro Porro doubled Spain's lead over France in the 2026 World Cup semi-final after scoring the second goal.
Spain took the lead in the 22nd minute from a penalty by Mikel Oyarzabal, and Pedro doubled the score with the second goal in the 58th minute.
According to Stats Foot network, France had not conceded two goals in a World Cup semi-final since June 25, 1986, against Germany, when they lost 2-0.
