The International Handball Federation stated that Egypt will host the Club World Handball Championship "Super Globe 2026" next September, with the participation of 10 clubs representing different continents of the world.

The federation indicated that the list of participating clubs includes: Spain's Barcelona, champion of the last edition, Egypt's Al Ahly as the host country representative, Füchse Berlin as European champion, Morocco's Muntada Dar El Sultan as the African representative, Kuwait's Burqan as the Asian representative, Australia's University of Sydney as the Oceania representative, and Brazil's EC Pinheiros as the South and Central American representative.

The federation added that the representative of North America and the Caribbean has not yet been determined, as the qualifying tournaments will be held from July 6 to 10.

In the same context, Egypt's Zamalek and Hungary's Veszprém will participate in the tournament based on an invitation from the International Handball Federation.
