The President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Al-Ahaideb, met on Tuesday with a delegation of leaders from HUMAIN, a company specialized in artificial intelligence and one of the companies of the Public Investment Fund; to discuss opportunities for developing digital and smart solutions that contribute to enhancing judicial and administrative work, as part of implementing the objectives of the Board of Grievances 2030 system.
The meeting with the delegation of the prominent company in developing and managing AI solutions and technologies, infrastructure, and data centers reviewed opportunities for employing AI technologies in developing work and services, and benefiting from specialized expertise and experiences to build innovative and reliable solutions; to improve performance quality and raise efficiency of procedures, according to the highest standards of governance and safe use of technologies.

The meeting is an extension of the Board of Grievances' efforts to activate the system's objectives and translate the outputs of the Supreme Supervisory Committee into initiatives and executive projects, and enhance partnerships with national and international experts and entities, and benefit from best global practices in employing AI; to support the development of the administrative judiciary system, improve service quality, and enhance the beneficiary experience.
