Minister of Communications Meets with Saudi Students in China, Affirms Their Role in Shaping the Future of Technology and Artificial Intelligence
Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Engineer Abdullah bin Amer Al-Swaha, held a meeting with male and female Saudi students studying in the People's Republic of China, in the presence of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Ambassador to China, Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Harbi, as part of enhancing communication with national talents and encouraging them to contribute to building the future of the digital economy and technological innovation.
During the meeting, the minister affirmed that investment in human capital is the cornerstone of the Kingdom's future, noting that qualified national talents from international universities are a pivotal element in enhancing the Kingdom's competitiveness and leadership in the fields of technology, artificial intelligence, and technological innovation globally, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The meeting featured an open dialogue with students, during which they presented their academic and research experiences and future aspirations, along with discussing promising opportunities to contribute to knowledge transfer, localization of advanced technologies, and enhancement of technological innovation and entrepreneurship in the Kingdom.
