Samsung announced the postponement of the fourth beta update (Beta 4) of One UI 9 for the Galaxy S26 series to next week, three weeks after the third beta was released.

The beta operations manager explained on the Samsung Community forum that the delay aims to improve stability and address remaining issues before launch.

Previous timelines indicate that beta updates are released at a gradual pace: the first beta was released on May 12, the second on May 26, the third on June 8, and the fourth is expected to arrive on July 13.

Users are currently experiencing some issues, including slow response of the quick settings panel, especially when using the phone in landscape mode, as well as some bugs in the Secure Folder feature related to showing and hiding apps.

Samsung is currently working on addressing these notes, emphasizing the aim to release a more stable beta version next week.
