Recent market reports show that the Huawei Mate 80 series continues to achieve strong sales figures, with its shipments exceeding 7.6 million units since launch, reaffirming its strong presence among flagship phones and its competition with leading companies in the sector.

According to data published by market analyst @RDObservation, total Mate 80 sales have reached approximately 7.605 million units so far, with expectations that the series will approach the 10 million threshold as demand continues.

The standard Mate 80 model stands out as Huawei's best-selling phone in the first half of 2026, outperforming the rest of the lineup.

The Mate 80 series not only supports the company's revenue but also helps promote the adoption of the HarmonyOS 6.0 operating system, whose devices exceeded 70 million units by the beginning of July. Huawei aims to raise that number to over 100 million devices by the end of the year.

Despite Huawei launching new devices such as the Enjoy 90 Pro Max and Pura 90 Pro Max with the Kirin 9030S processor, the Mate 80 continues to lead sales and forms the backbone of the company's flagship phone category.

Markets are anticipating the series' performance ahead of the expected reveal of the next generation of Mate phones in the coming months.
