The warning covers Al Baha: Al Hajrah, Al Mikhwah, Far'a Ghamid Al Zinad, and Qilwah. In Asir: Rijal Almaa, Muhayil, Al Majaridah, Bariq, Abha, Ahad Rafidah, Khamis Mushait, Al Harjah, Al Rubuah, Al Firshah, Sarat Abidah, and Dhahran Al Janub. In Jazan: Al Harith, Al Da'ir, Al Rayth, Al Aridah, Al Aidabi, Fifa, and Harub. Associated effects include: high-speed winds, near-zero horizontal visibility, hail, flash floods, and thunderstorms.

In its weather report for Thursday, the National Center of Meteorology expects that the chance remains for thunderstorm rains accompanied by active winds in parts of Jazan, Asir, and Al Baha, as well as the southern highlands of the Makkah region.
