The National Center for Meteorology forecast in its report on today's weather that there is still a chance of thunderstorms accompanied by active winds in parts of Jazan, Asir, Al Baha, and the southern parts of the Makkah highlands, while the impact of active winds stirring up dust and sand continues in parts of Makkah, Madinah, Hail, Al Qassim, Riyadh, the Eastern Province, and Najran, reaching near-zero horizontal visibility on the coastal road leading to Jazan.

The report indicated that surface wind movement over the Red Sea will be northwest to west at speeds of 20-40 km/h, reaching 50 km/h in the southern part, with wave heights from one to two meters, exceeding two meters in the southern part, and sea state moderate to rough in the southern part.

In the Arabian Gulf, surface winds will be northwest to west at speeds of 20-42 km/h over the northern and central parts, and west to southwest at speeds of 12-32 km/h over the southern part, with wave heights from one to two meters in the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one and a half meters in the southern part. The sea state will be moderate in the northern and central parts, and light to moderate in the southern part.
