The President of the General Auditing Bureau, Dr. Hossam bin Abdulmohsen Al-Anqari, met with the President of the Court of Accounts of the Kingdom of Spain, Enriqueta Chicano Jávega, within the framework of bilateral meetings aimed at enhancing professional cooperation and exchanging expertise with peer oversight bodies.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the fields of financial audit and performance audit, and reviewed the most prominent professional practices and institutional experiences that enhance governance and transparency.
The discussions also included a review of joint international efforts within the framework of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI), and its regional organizations.
