Beirut, July 07 (QNA) - The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced in a statement today that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on Lebanon since March 2 until today has risen to 4,320 killed and 12,203 wounded.

It is noteworthy that Lebanon and the Israeli entity have signed a framework agreement under U.S. auspices that stipulates security arrangements and the redeployment of the Lebanese army in the south, in addition to measures to rebuild affected areas and revive the Lebanese economy, establish direct communication channels between the two sides, and take confidence-building measures in preparation for a lasting peace.
