Iran's armed forces announced on Thursday that they had targeted sites in Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain using drones, in response to US strikes carried out earlier the same day, according to official media.

The Iranian military, according to official media, stated that "as a continuation of the attacks by the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran against US bases in the region, the Patriot missile interceptor system in Kuwait, an early warning system in Qatar, and fuel depots in Bahrain were targeted using a large number of dive drones of various types."
