Turkey Sends Condolences to Spain for Wildfire Victims

Turkey’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Friday expressed condolences to the families of the victims of the wildfires in Spain, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
In a statement, the ministry said it received with deep sorrow the news of casualties from the wildfires that broke out on Thursday in the Spanish city of Almería.
It added, 'We extend our sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to the Spanish people, and we wish a speedy recovery for the injured.'
Earlier on Friday, Spanish authorities announced the deaths of 11 people in wildfires that broke out in a town in the Almería province in the Andalusia region of southern Spain.
