A fire broke out in an industrial area in the Stavropol region of southern Russia following a Ukrainian drone attack, with no casualties reported, according to the region's governor, Vladimir Vladimirov.

Vladimirov said that Russian defenses repelled a drone attack near Stavropol, while the shelling caused a fire in an industrial area in Vyazniki, where emergency and fire crews deployed to contain it.

The governor warned of the continued threat of drones across the region, urging residents to remain cautious.
