Aleem Company revealed the award of a contract to develop and operate the product safety system subject to the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, with expected revenues during the contract period equivalent to about 15% of the company's total revenues according to the audited annual financial statements for 2025.
This award comes as part of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization's efforts to develop product control systems through digital transformation.
The company stated in its disclosure on Tadawul that the contract is of a revenue-sharing type, where its value depends on the volume of operations executed, without a fixed total amount.
It indicated that the contract includes building a comprehensive digital platform representing the technical infrastructure of the system, in addition to operational work, explaining that the award took place on Wednesday for a period of five years.
It clarified that no legal or financial obligation arises during this period unless the contract is signed, stating that it will announce any material developments in due course according to relevant regulations and rules.
According to data available on Argaam, Aleem achieved revenues of 9.46 billion riyals during the fiscal year 2025, with 15% of that amounting to 1.42 billion riyals.
