Acdima Sells 10% of Saudi Pharmaceutical Shares to Two Investment Funds for SAR 326.3 Million

GIB Capital, acting as financial advisor to the Arab Pharmaceutical and Medical Appliances Company (Acdima), announced that Acdima sold 12 million shares in Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corporation (الدوائية), representing about 10% of the company's capital, to Capital Investment Fund 44 and Capital Investment Fund 49 through private transactions for SAR 326.3 million.

GIB Capital clarified in a statement on Tadawul that the transaction was executed through negotiated deals on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) in accordance with trading and membership procedures on July 21, 2026.

It stated that after completing the deal, Acdima will own approximately 10.5% of Saudi Pharmaceutical's capital.

According to data available on Argaam, among the private transactions that took place yesterday (Tuesday) were two deals on Saudi Pharmaceutical involving about 12 million shares, with a total value of SAR 326.3 million, representing about 10% of the company's total shares of 120 million.

Acdima's ownership stake in Saudi Pharmaceutical stands at 20.5%.
