Al-Kharif Water and Energy Technology Company announced the award of a contract from the General Irrigation Authority to carry out operation and maintenance works for pumping, transmission, and distribution systems for treated and groundwater in the central sector of Riyadh city and its suburbs and Al-Aflaj Governorate.

The company said in a statement on Saudi Tadawul today, Thursday, that the contract value is 65.6 million riyals excluding value-added tax, and it was awarded on July 9, 2026, with a duration of 60 months.

The company expected the financial impact of the project to begin appearing from the third quarter of 2026, explaining that it will announce any relevant future developments, especially after receiving the final version of the contract and its signing by all relevant parties.
