The board of directors of Saudi First Bank decided to distribute more than 2 billion riyals in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the fiscal year 2026, according to an announcement today in a disclosure on 'Tadawul'.
The share's portion of the distributions is one riyal after deducting Zakat, as profits are distributed on more than 2 billion shares. Approval was obtained from the Saudi Central Bank for the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the first half.
The profits of 'Saudi First Bank' rose during the second quarter of this year by 9.6% year-on-year to 2.33 billion riyals.

The bank explained that the increase was supported by growth in net special commission income, a decrease in net expected credit loss allowance, and a decrease in income tax expense.
However, these factors were partially offset by a decrease in total operating income, a decrease in the bank's share of profits from an associate company, and an increase in total operating expenses.

Saudi First Bank, founded in 1978, operates in all banking and financial activities. Its market value today is about 67 billion riyals. HSBC owns the largest share of capital at 31%, while Olayan Group owns 20.5%.
