The Assignment and Liquidation Center "Infaaz" announced the holding of 46 real estate auctions in various regions of the Kingdom during the period from August 1 to 15, 2026, which included offering 541 diverse real estate assets.

According to "Infaaz" via its account on the "X" platform, Riyadh region topped the number of auctions with 10 auctions, including 81 real estate assets, followed by Mecca region in second place with 8 auctions, including 140 real estate assets, then the Eastern Province with 8 auctions, including 92 real estate assets, and then Medina region with 4 auctions, including 23 real estate assets.

The center said that several auctions will be held in the rest of the Kingdom's regions, including 3 auctions in Qassim region, 3 auctions in Jazan region, and two auctions each in Tabuk, Hail, Asir, and Al Baha regions, in addition to one auction in each of Al Jawf and Najran regions.
