Aldar Group has launched 'The Canopies', the first residential complex within 'Yas Point', the new waterfront destination on the northern shore of Yas Island, with a development value of AED 6 billion. The group plans to put its units up for sale starting July 29.

The project comprises 592 residential units distributed across six mid-rise buildings. The complex is centered around a natural park with more than 10,000 square meters of landscaped open spaces, including shaded paths, gardens, and outdoor areas dedicated to health, fitness, and social spaces.
