It is noteworthy that the closing auction period follows the continuous trading period from 3:00 PM to 3:10 PM, during which investors can enter buy and sell orders. The trading system then determines the fair price at which orders are executed after being matched during the auction period. The execution price becomes the closing price and the reference price for the following day.
The trade-at-close session extends for ten minutes after the closing auction period, from 3:10 PM to 3:20 PM, for both the Main Market and Nomu, as well as traded rights. Investors are able to trade during this session at the closing price resulting from the closing auction.
