The zone is the first integrated logistics facility of its kind in Bahri's history, offering a range of logistics solutions and advantages that align with the Kingdom's direction to establish itself as a global logistics hub ready to attract goods and facilitate trade and supply chains.

The Bahri Bonded Zone is distinguished by its location within one of the most vibrant and active ports in the region, providing companies with direct access to major international shipping routes and helping to reduce the time needed for goods to reach Saudi markets, the GCC countries, and East African markets.

The zone includes advanced storage environments equipped with temperature control systems, including ambient, chilled, and frozen storage, along with a comprehensive set of value-added services.

The zone has also been equipped with an integrated digital platform directly linked to the electronic systems of the 'Fasah' platform under the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, enabling real-time shipment tracking and facilitating smooth and efficient customs procedures.

The facility operates under the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, allowing companies to store and re-export goods without having to pay customs duties or VAT in advance, in accordance with approved rules and regulations, thereby improving their cash flow, increasing operational flexibility, and enhancing the efficiency of their commercial operations.

Bahri CEO Eng. The Bahri Bonded Zone operates under an integrated security system with round-the-clock monitoring, access control systems, and full compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring high levels of safety and operational reliability.

The zone is expected to meet the needs of a wide range of sectors, including import and export companies, e-commerce platforms, and sectors requiring temperature-controlled warehouses such as pharmaceuticals and food, in addition to facilitating the entry of non-resident companies into the Saudi market.
