Economic / Najran International Airport records nearly 1.7 million passengers in 2025 and first quarter of current year
Najran, 16 Muharram 1448 AH, July 1, 2026, SPA — Najran International Airport, one of the airports under the Second Airports Cluster, has recorded approximately 1.7 million passengers on domestic and international flights from the beginning of 2025 to the end of the first quarter of the current year. The airport operated more than 13,000 flights during the same period. The airport serves five destinations: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Cairo, and Dubai, through five airlines. It also offers various services to passengers, including the "Hayyak" business class lounge, food and beverage services, banking services, and car rental. The airport has achieved a number of notable accomplishments, including: the Best Airport in the Middle East award in the category of airports serving fewer than two million passengers for 2024; the Customer Experience Accreditation (Level 2) from the Airports Council International; the certificate of compliance with emergency safety standards and requirements for public places from the Saudi Red Crescent Authority; in addition to the Carbon Emissions Management Accreditation. // End // 11:07 AM 0057
