The Support and Liquidation Center "Enfath" announced the organization of 46 real estate auctions in various regions of the Kingdom during the period from August 1 to 15, 2026, including offering 541 diverse real estate assets for sale.

Enfath explained that the Riyadh region topped the number of auctions by holding 10 auctions covering 81 real estate assets, while the Makkah region came second with 8 auctions including 140 real estate assets, followed by the Eastern Province with 8 auctions covering 92 assets, then the Medina region with 4 auctions covering 23 real estate assets.

The auctions also include 3 auctions in the Qassim region and 3 auctions in the Jazan region, in addition to two auctions in each of the Tabuk, Hail, Asir, and Al-Baha regions, and one auction in each of the Al-Jouf and Najran regions.
