European stocks open higher amid continued oil pressure

European stocks start trading higher amid continued oil pressure
Brussels, July 24 - European stock indices opened higher today, amid cautious optimism among investors, with continued pressure from rising oil prices and a decline in technology sector stocks.
In the main European markets, the STOXX 600 index stabilized at 639.36 points, while the German DAX index in Frankfurt rose by 0.31 percent, and the Milan stock exchange index increased by 0.47 percent.
In contrast, the French CAC 40 index in Paris stabilized, recording a slight increase of 0.08 percent, while the British FTSE 100 index in London held steady at 0.01 percent.
