The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and the Learning Academy signed an agreement to implement entry-level employment training and qualification programs for 3,000 beneficiaries (male and female). This is part of the Fund's ongoing efforts to empower national talents and enhance their readiness to participate in the labor market, by providing quality training programs linked to the needs of economic sectors. The agreement was signed by HRDF Director General Turki bin Abdullah Al-Juwayni and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Learning Academy Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Dossary. The agreement aims to implement specialized training and qualification programs that contribute to equipping national cadres with the required professional skills and applied knowledge in the fields of: artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, marketing and sales, occupational safety and health, supply chains and logistics services, accounting and taxes, insurance, and risk management. The agreement is an extension of HRDF's approach to building strategic partnerships with specialized training entities, contributing to expanding the scope of impactful training programs, improving their quality, and enhancing their alignment with the needs of employers across various sectors, stemming from the Fund's role in supporting the qualification and empowerment of national cadres and stimulating investment in human capital. The agreement also extends the role of the Learning Academy in providing quality training solutions in partnership with national entities, supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in human capital development, empowering national talents, and enhancing the alignment of training outputs with labor market needs. The agreement also reflects the continued cooperation between the Fund and the Learning Academy in providing specialized training solutions based on best practices in qualification and development, and contributes to preparing national cadres with the technical and behavioral skills required for current and future jobs, thereby enhancing employment opportunities and productivity, and supporting economic growth.
