Dammam, Muharram 27, 1448 AH, July 12, 2026, SPA — His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, received today in his office the Director of the Human Resources Development Fund in the Eastern Province, Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Yousef, accompanied by a number of Fund leaders. His Highness highlighted the support and attention the human resources development sector receives from the wise leadership — may Allah support them — affirming that investing in human capital, empowering young men and women, and qualifying national cadres are among the main pillars for achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. He pointed to the importance of continuing to develop programs and initiatives that enhance the readiness of the nation's sons and daughters for the labor market, expand their employment opportunities, and raise their efficiency and competitiveness, in addition to strengthening partnership with various sectors to contribute to sustainable national development. Al-Yousef presented to the Governor of the Eastern Province an overview of the Fund's key achievements and initiatives, reviewing programs and projects aimed at supporting job localization, increasing the number of entrants to the labor market, and qualifying job seekers for engagement in the private sector, as well as the Fund's efforts in implementing training courses and developmental workshops.
