Laden Submits Request to Transfer from Nomu to TASI

Laden Investment Company announced that it has submitted a request to transfer to the main market, via the automated system designated by regulatory authorities for this purpose.

The company added in a statement on Tadawul that it submitted the request on July 17, 2026, noting that it will announce any developments.

According to data available on Argaam, Laden was listed on the Nomu market in June 2022, with a capital of SAR 500 million divided into 500 million shares (par value SAR 1 per share).

The company’s board of directors had approved in October 2023 the transfer to the main market.

The company had previously submitted a request to transfer from Nomu to the main market in December 2024, before withdrawing the request in the same month due to incompleteness of some transfer requirements.
