Lumi said the incident was detected, resulting in 'limited unauthorized access' to some customer data through one of the company's systems.
The company activated the approved security procedures and protocols immediately upon detecting the incident, and took the necessary technical measures to contain it and secure the relevant access point, as it stated, noting that it initiated technical inspection and verification, and hired an external party specialized in data protection.
The incident did not include any financial or banking data belonging to the company's customers or the company itself, according to Lumi, which said its main systems and services are operating normally.
