Medina Municipality Announces Investment Opportunities in Public Facilities and Logistics Services
The Medina Region Municipality has announced two investment opportunities through the Saudi Cities Investment Portal “Furas”, which include the construction, operation, and maintenance of a park and a warehouse, as part of its efforts to enhance quality of life, improve the efficiency of logistics services, and expand private sector participation in urban development.
The first opportunity involves the construction, operation, and maintenance of a park on Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Road in the Wadi Muhzur district, with an area exceeding 21,000 square meters, and an investment contract extending to 25 years.
The site is characterized by high population density, diverse neighboring commercial activities, and easy accessibility. The opportunity allows investing 25% of the total site area in commercial, educational, health, and sports activities, contributing to service diversification and achieving operational sustainability for the project.
The second opportunity includes the construction, operation, and maintenance of a warehouse on Al-Hakam bin Oyaina Road in the Abu Marakha district, with a total area of 12,530 square meters, an investment contract of 20 years, and a grace period of up to 19 months.
The project aims to support the efficiency of logistics services, provide facilities that enhance supply chain efficiency, and boost investment attractiveness in the logistics sector.
The municipality emphasized that the announcement of these opportunities is part of its efforts to develop the investment environment and enhance the utilization of municipal assets, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in urban development and improving quality of life, inviting investors to review the details and apply through the “Furas” portal.
