Madinah Municipality Offers Two Investment Opportunities for Park and Warehouse
The Madinah Region Municipality has offered two investment opportunities via the Saudi Cities Investment Portal 'Furas', including the construction, operation, and maintenance of a park and a warehouse, as part of its efforts to enhance quality of life, improve logistics service efficiency, and expand private sector participation in urban development.
The municipality explained that the first opportunity involves building, operating, and maintaining a park on Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Road in Wadi Muhzur neighborhood, with an area exceeding 21,000 square meters, under a 25-year investment contract. It noted that the site features high population density, diverse adjacent commercial activities, and easy access, allowing investment of 25% of the area in commercial, educational, health, and sports activities to support service diversification and operational sustainability.
Similarly, the second opportunity includes constructing, operating, and maintaining a warehouse on Al-Hakam bin Oyainah Road in Abu Mirkha neighborhood, with a total area of 12,530 square meters, under a 20-year investment contract with a grace period of up to 19 months. The project aims to support logistics service efficiency and provide facilities that enhance supply chains and investment attractiveness in the logistics sector.
It is noteworthy that the municipality emphasized that offering these opportunities comes within the framework of developing the investment environment and enhancing the utilization of municipal assets, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 for city development and improving quality of life. It invited investors to review details of the opportunities and apply through the 'Furas' portal.
