Royal Decree: Appointment of Vice Chairman of the Capital Market Authority at Excellent Rank

According to the decree, the amendment will add a new paragraph (b) to the article stating: 'The Chairman shall be appointed at the rank of minister, and the Vice Chairman shall be appointed at the excellent rank,' with a reordering of the article's paragraphs accordingly. The decree also stated that the Prime Minister, ministers, and heads of concerned independent agencies – each within their respective jurisdiction – shall implement this decree.
