Muscat Stock Exchange Index Closes Higher

Muscat, July 22 (QNA) - The Muscat Stock Exchange's 'MSM 30' index closed today 20.1 points higher, equivalent to a 0.284 percent increase, reaching 7,111.42 points, compared to the previous trading session which stood at 7,091.30 points. The trading value during the session reached 40,895,909 Omani riyals, up by 5.8 percent compared to the previous trading session which was 38,645,581 Omani riyals. The report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange indicated that the market value rose by 0.131 percent from the last trading day, reaching approximately 37.13 billion Omani riyals.
