National Debt Management Center closes July 2026 issuance at SAR 5.349 billion
The National Debt Management Center announced the closing of investor applications for the local issuance of July 2026 under the Saudi Arabian Government Sukuk Program in Saudi Riyals, with total allocation set at SAR 5.349 billion (five billion, three hundred and forty-nine million Saudi Riyals).
According to the center's statement, the issuance was divided into five tranches. The first tranche amounted to SAR 3.830 billion (three billion, eight hundred and thirty million Saudi Riyals) for sukuk maturing in 2031 AD. The second tranche amounted to SAR 515 million (five hundred and fifteen million Saudi Riyals) for sukuk maturing in 2033 AD. The third tranche amounted to SAR 204 million (two hundred and four million Saudi Riyals) for sukuk maturing in 2036 AD. The fourth tranche amounted to SAR 300 million (three hundred million Saudi Riyals) for sukuk maturing in 2039 AD. The fifth tranche amounted to SAR 500 million (five hundred million Saudi Riyals) for sukuk maturing in 2041.
