Debt Management Center Completes Local Early Buyback Arrangement Worth 17 Billion Riyals

The National Center for Debt Management announced the completion of an early purchase of part of the Ministry of Finance's (the issuer) existing maturities for the years 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030 with a total value estimated at approximately SAR 17.1 billion, in addition to the issuance of new sukuk with a total value of approximately SAR 17.2 billion. According to a statement by the Center, the new sukuk issuances were divided into five tranches with a total value of approximately SAR 17.2 billion as follows: - The first tranche valued at approximately SAR 1.45 billion with a maturity date in 2031.

The National Center for Debt Management announced the completion of an early purchase of part of the Ministry of Finance's (the issuer) existing maturities for the years 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030 with a total value estimated at approximately SAR 17.1 billion, in addition to the issuance of new sukuk with a total value of approximately SAR 17.2 billion.
According to a statement by the Center, the new sukuk issuances were divided into five tranches with a total value of approximately SAR 17.2 billion as follows:
- The first tranche valued at approximately SAR 1.45 billion with a maturity date in 2031.
- The second tranche valued at approximately SAR 1.62 billion with a maturity date in 2033.
- The third tranche valued at approximately SAR 10.55 billion with a maturity date in 2036.
- The fourth tranche valued at approximately SAR 1.74 billion with a maturity date in 2039.
- The fifth tranche valued at approximately SAR 1.80 billion with a maturity date in 2041.
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Finance (the issuer) and the Center jointly appointed HSBC Saudi Arabia, Al Ahli Financial Company, Al Rajhi Financial Company, Al Jazira Capital, and Alinma Financial Company as the lead issuance managers for this process.
