Nqawa Announces Cancellation of Contract Award with National Center for Government Resource Systems

Nqawa Information Technology Company announced today, Tuesday, that it received a letter from the National Center for Government Resource Systems stating the cancellation of the contract award notice with the center announced in October 2025, which resulted in the non-completion of the contract signing procedures. The company added in a statement on Tadawul that the center clarified in its letter that the competent authority ordered the cancellation of the award decision. For its part, the company explained that the cancellation of the award decision came due to reasons related to the non-completion of the necessary regulatory approvals, and is not related to any breach or negligence on its part, noting that there are no costs associated with the contract award. Nqawa confirmed that the cancellation of the award decision will not affect its continued implementation of its growth strategy, and it will continue to compete for projects and quality opportunities, and develop its business and services to enhance diversification of revenue sources and achieve sustainable value for its shareholders. According to Argaam data, Nqawa received in October 2025 an award notice for the project of operational support for developing and growing business partnerships from the National Center for Government Resource Systems, for about 10.9 million riyals including VAT.
