The municipality added that the offered opportunities include the establishment and operation of a public park on 1,000 square meters, a wedding hall on 5,218 square meters, an Eastern District park on 4,000 square meters, in addition to commercial markets on 750 square meters, a coffee shop and fast food on 200 square meters.

In the same context, the opportunities also include the establishment and operation of furnished apartments and commercial shops on 4,526.13 square meters, a fuel station on the international road on 2,218.54 square meters, a resort on 2,190 square meters, an ice and water desalination plant on 4,120.42 square meters, in addition to 14 sites for operating and maintaining scrapyards with a total area of 11,061 square meters.

The municipality stated that the deadline for purchasing competition brochures and opening envelopes will be September 8, 2026, calling on investors and entrepreneurs to review the details of the opportunities and apply via the 'Furas' portal.
