Oil Prices Rise to $78.8 per Barrel Today
Oil prices rose today, with Brent crude futures gaining 78 cents, or 1%, to settle at $78.8 per barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures increased by 74 cents, or 1.01%, to $74.26 per barrel.
Both benchmarks rose by more than a dollar in after-hours trading on Wednesday.
