Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority, Advisor Turki Al-Sheikh, announced the completion of the 'Boulevard Business Park' project, the first entertainment and business resort in Saudi Arabia, with an investment exceeding 1 billion riyals.
He stated that the project offers an experience combining business, hospitality, and services within an integrated entertainment destination, and includes 9 office buildings, 1,300 parking spaces, and creative spaces dedicated to meetings and events.

He added that the project represents a national partnership between Sela Company, Hay Real Estate Development Company, and Al-Faransi Capital, managed and operated by Hay Company.
Al-Sheikh had previously announced in August 2024 the launch of the 'Boulevard Business Park' project within the 'Boulevard City' area, as the first phase of the urban plan to re-plan and organize the 'Boulevard District' in partnership with the private sector.

Boosting the investment environment
Al-Sheikh affirmed that the project was completed with the support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, adding that 'the determination of Saudis has no ceiling and no limits, and what is coming is greater.'
The project aims to redefine the concept of creative work environments and enhance Riyadh's position as a global center for entertainment, arts, and creativity, by providing an integrated environment that supports entrepreneurs and national companies, and contributes to achieving the goals of Vision 2030.

Innovative design
The 'Boulevard Business Park' features an architectural design that blends modern and traditional elements, and includes open spaces and green facilities that contribute to providing an integrated work environment, along with a network of urban pathways enhancing connectivity between various areas, increasing the capacity of parking lots, linking them to the public transportation network and main roads, in addition to expanding green spaces and connecting the project to neighboring projects, including the sports track.
The 'Kingdom Arena' area will also see an expansion exceeding 40%, raising its capacity to more than 27,000 spectators, hosting 4 international tournaments, led by the world title fight in the light heavyweight division, along with the 2024 African Super Cup, as stated in the project details.
The project represents a qualitative addition to the business and investment environment in Saudi Arabia, enhances the competitiveness of the digital and creative economy, and aims to attract global companies and solidify Riyadh's position as a destination for business and innovation.
