Advisor Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al Sheikh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), announced on Thursday the completion of work on the 'Boulevard Business Park' project, the first entertainment headquarters and business resort in Saudi Arabia. Al Sheikh said in a statement: 'Praise be to God, with the grace of God, and with the support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may God preserve him, and the Crown Prince, our inspiring leader and godfather of the Vision, may God preserve him, the Boulevard Business Park project has been completed, the first entertainment headquarters and business resort in Saudi Arabia, with an investment exceeding one billion riyals.' He added: 'The project includes 9 office buildings with rental areas exceeding 60,000 square meters, in addition to commercial spaces, headquarters for companies, co-working spaces, and more than 1,300 parking spaces in partnership with Hay Real Estate Development Company, in cooperation with the REQ Real Estate Fund - French Capital, and managed and operated by Sela Company.' The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority concluded his statement with: 'The determination of Saudis has no limits or ceiling, and what is coming, God willing, is greater.' Al Sheikh had announced in August 2024 the launch of the 'Boulevard Business Park' project within the 'Boulevard City' area, as the first phase of the urban plan to replan and reorganize the 'Boulevard District' in partnership with the private sector.
